This is the official UK Government website for the UK effort in Afghanistan.
The site presents our current top stories. It also aggregates all of what UK government is saying online about Afghanistan (in news articles, blogs, and multimedia) and presents it alongside what others are saying.
The site is built by the Foreign Office Digital Diplomacy Group, working closely with other UK government departments including the Ministry of Defence, the Department for International Development, and 10 Downing Street.
The site is managed by the UK Government's Afghanistan Communications Team.
